Derrick Kelley is the heart and soul of 16Ways Foundation. To say that he works tirelessly to ensure the foundation’s success does not feel like a sufficient description. Derrick gives the same emotional attention to each program and the youth who benefit from the programs as he gives to his own family; he is kind and nurturing. There are people who say they want to make a difference in their community. Derrick Kelley puts words to action, and his commitment to community service has not gone unnoticed.
